Masterminding an extensive landscape plan for a recently completed home.
A major challenge for this Great Falls property centered on fitting all the desired elements within a limited lot—multiple outdoor living areas and pleasing views from disparate parts of the home were included in the extensive wish list. By establishing the sight lines from inside the house and aligning pool and water features with the front entrance, we aptly created a pleasing primary focal point.
Uniquely Decadent Design Features
The vanishing-edge swimming pool in this high-end home is clad in custom-designed miniature glass tiles, making it both decorative and recreational. A sunken seating area seats 12 around a moderately sized fire pit while white marble cladding on all outdoor surfaces echoes the home’s theme of lightness, water, and relaxation.
The extensive LED lighting effects, fire pit, water feature, spa, and swimming pool are all controllable by smartphone, allowing for ease of use and dynamic control features. Complete with a natural-look waterfall and chic wood-paneled outdoor kitchen with a waterfall quartz countertop, this home defines true luxury.
