Elongated Pool in Great Falls, VA

A Well-Lit Marvel

We built this LCA Excellence in Landscape Grand Award-winning outdoor living area designed by Campion Hruby Landscape Architects. Providing ample room for lap swimming, this multilevel semi-inground pool includes a monolithic natural stone water feature. It is surrounded by a beautiful thermal, full-color flagstone paver pool deck, creating an experience that feels as though it truly belongs amid its natural surroundings. 

This outdoor space includes a pavilion with exposed rafters and beams, a standing-seam aluminum roof, and a wood-burning outdoor fireplace. We also built retaining walls that include brick veneer that matches the home and installed lush plantings throughout. 

An integral part of this project was removing and storing the existing custom fencing and gates to create access to the sloped backyard area. We also installed the Campion Hruby drainage system.
