This aging landscape had serious potential yet needed expert craftsmanship and modern touches to beautify it and make it a central part of this property. The crumbling poolscape was transformed with a multi-toned pool deck and planting updates. Swimmers can then relax on the upper level patio’s comfortable seating by a fire pit. A white picket fence came down for a cable rail fence that is more modern and provides full visibility of the pool. Natural stone steps lead from the upper tier to the lower poolscape area, surrounded by plantings and outdoor lighting for a just-right ambiance.
